Important Auction Guidelines

• "As-Is" Condition: All items are sold in their current condition. We encourage careful review of all photos and descriptions before bidding.

• Loading & Transport: Winning bidders are responsible for providing their own transportation and the necessary labor to load their items. Sand Springs staff will not be available to assist with moving or loading.

• Pickup Appointments: Items must be picked up between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

• Scheduling: Pickups are by appointment only. Please use the contact information provided in the specific auction posting to coordinate your arrival.
