Walk-ins during the 5-day timeframe are strongly discouraged and may experience delays.

Public Processing, LLC, a third-party payment processing company, receives and processes ALL payments for Loudoun County Government. Payment may only be made on-line by credit card or by wire transfer. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! 

LCG Surplus is closed from 12 noon to 1:00 pm EST for lunch. There will be no pickup during this time. 

LCG Surplus will be closed on the following 2026 dates in observance of Holidays: January 1 & 19, February 16, May 25, June 19, July 3, September 7, October 12, November 3 & 11, November 25 at 12 Noon through 27, and December 24 & 25.
