Complete cubicle/office space partitions with complete L shape desks and small three-drawer cabinets under each desk. All office space partitions, desks, and cabinets belonging to cubicles will be the only items included in the sale.

- QTY of 7 – L shaped desks, 6 ft long both sides
- QTY of 14 – three-drawer filing cabinets fitted to each corner of the L shaped desk
- QTY of 2 – Private space office cubicles with full separation walls
- QTY of 2 – Doors for private space cubicle measuring 6’5” high x 3” wide
- QTY of 2 – Windows for private space cubicle measuring 2’x3’
- All hardware that currently holds cubicles and partitions together
- All privacy partitions for smaller wall partitions for desks
The following items will NOT be included in the sale:
- Monitors
- Large filing cabinets
- Desk chairs
- Accessories not from cubicle manufacturer (any attachments installed by staff)
- Electrical components added by our staff
- Wooden desks
- Standing file cabinets
- Sit-to-stand desks
We are providing a map of our current cubicle floor plan with sizing to each wall and partition, including height for the two all-enclosed separate sections.
DISCLAIMER:
The City of Merced has scheduled all partitions, desks, filing cabinets, related hardware and any accessories included in the sale to be disassembled and removed on MARCH 7th (subject to change). The winning bidder will be notified of any changes. The winning bidder will be notified with ample time if changes to the schedule are impending. It is required that the winning bidder picks up ALL ITEMS included as part of the auction lot within ONE WEEK of removal.

Notice To Bidders
Under no circumstances will City of Merced assume responsibility for packing, loading or transporting auction item(s). Buyer shall be liable to and reimburse the City of Merced for any damage to The City of Merced's property caused by Buyer's or Buyer Agent's removal of auction item(s) from the premises.

We recommend that all bidders view/ inspect auction items prior to placing bid. Please note that all viewings must be scheduled in advance, no "walk ins" will be accepted.
All items are sold "as is and where is". No refunds, No guarantees.
PayMac, handles all payments for City of Merced.
Payment for an awarded item must be received by Public Surplus within 5 business days of close of auction.
Pickup must be completed within 10 business days of notification of award. An appointment must be made to coordinate pickup, "walk- ins" will not be accepted.
City of Merced sales tax of 8.25% shall be added to all purchases, except for the purchase of on-road vehicles.
Buyers Premium: A 11% Buyers Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.
Bid Deposits: City of Merced may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.
