All parcels for sale are subject to any liens required by law, easements, and encumbrances, whether known or unknown. This means that any buyer is purchasing the property subject to:
1. Federal tax liens, state tax liens, local government liens, assessments and encumbrances.
2. Easements and restrictions of record including but not limited to public utility easements and public right-of-way easements;
3. The State's reservation of mineral rights or mineral rights which may otherwise be reserved of record;
4. Local Improvement liens or assessments as provided by law;
5. Any other municipal liens authorized by law;
6. And subject to other interests preserved as a matter of law.

8% Buyer Premium-$1 minimum premium per auction shall be added to the final sale price.

Payment must be made within 5 business days of the close of auction.
