Approximatly 245 wooden bleacher seats of Doug Fir 8 1/2 " wide by 3/4" thick roughly 8' long. Note, there are mounting holes every 40".

"The successful bidder is solely responsible for all labor, equipment, tools, and transportation required for removal. Please bring any necessary assistance, as well as tools and equipment such as ladders, lifts, carts, dollies, and hand tools. No labor, tools, equipment, or loading assistance will be provided by the school.

 

There is no loading dock available at this location.

 
Items should be paid for within 5 business days and arrangement for picked up within 10 business days of end of auction.  Items that have been paid for and not picked up within the given time will be resold.  We do not give refunds, credits or exchanges.  If you win an item and do not pay for it, your account will be blocked for up to six months.

 

Pickup and removal must be completed by the end of July 31, 2026, Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. All removal work must be completed and the site fully cleared by 2:00 PM on July 31, 2026."

A 10.5% surcharge shall be added to all purchases made. The surcharge is the cost to the District for the utilization of the third-party Web site provider. The buyer shall add and include the surcharge amount when making payment to the District.

The successful bidder shall be required to remit payment within five (5) Business days after notice of successful bid and remove the property within seven (7) Business days from the date of the successful bid. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

Taxes: Any and all taxes, federal, state and local, due on the sale of the equipment and/or vehicle(s) shall be paid by the successful bidder.
