"The successful bidder is solely responsible for all labor, equipment, tools, and transportation required for removal. Please bring any necessary assistance, as well as tools and equipment such as ladders, lifts, carts, dollies, and hand tools. No labor, tools, equipment, or loading assistance will be provided by the school.
There is no loading dock available at this location.
Pickup and removal must be completed by the end of July 31, 2026, Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. All removal work must be completed and the site fully cleared by 2:00 PM on July 31, 2026."
Sale of all surplus property is, as is and where is, with all faults and without warranty. The District disclaims all warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, quality, completeness or fitness for any particular or general purpose or compliance to safety regulations of the equipment being sold.
Descriptions of items appearing in this online auction are believed to be correct. Neither those descriptions, nor any oral statements made concerning any item, shall be considered as a warranty, expressed or implied.
A 10.5% surcharge shall be added to all purchases made. The surcharge is the cost to the District for the utilization of the third-party Web site provider. The buyer shall add and include the surcharge amount when making payment to the District.
The successful bidder shall be required to remit payment within five (5) Business days after notice of successful bid and remove the property within seven (7) Business days from the date of the successful bid. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
Taxes: Any and all taxes, federal, state and local, due on the sale of the equipment and/or vehicle(s) shall be paid by the successful bidder.
