Up for auction is a wholesale bulk lot of approximately 1,240 units of Lenovo 100e Chromebook 2nd Gen Chromebooks (Model 81QB MTK & Model 81MA Intel).

Per student reporting, approximately 60% of these units are in working order, while the remaining 40% have varying physical or functional damage.

The vast majority of units come with a UZBL heavy-duty protective cover case. This lot is ideal for electronics refurbishers, IT recyclers, school district vendors, or repair facilities looking for both ready-to-test inventory and high-yield parts stock (displays, motherboards, trackpads, and cases).

  • Total Quantity: ~1,240 Units (Approximate total count, sold as a single bulk lot)

  • Reported Functional Split:

    • 60%: Reported in Working Order (may show light to normal cosmetic wear/stickers).

    • 40%: Reported Damaged / For Parts (defects include broken or missing keys, cracked screens, broken hinges, or non-booting boards).

Condition, Asset Tags & Markings

  • Terms of Sale: Sold strictly AS-IS / FOR PARTS OR REPAIR.

  • Asset Tags: Most units still have institutional asset tag stickers attached to the chassis or UZBL cases.

  • Cosmetic Markings: Personal student stickers, labels, or adhesive residue may be present on the outer cases/covers.

  • Normal exterior wear, scuffs, and dust expected from standard classroom environment use.

Removal, Freight & Logistics

  • Location: Woodbury, Minnesota

  • Packaging: Stacked on standard pallets in boxes and bins (these need to be reboxed.

  • Dock / Forklift Availability: Loading dock is available on-site. Forklift assistance is provided for loading.

  • Shipping Responsibility: Buyer is 100% responsible for arranging and paying for all freight pickup and transit.

PayMac handles all payments for ISD 833.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
