This is a used Whelen Lightbar Series WeCan X 54" lightbar with scene and clear lenses. It has red/white and blue/white front corners, red/amber and blue/amber rear inboards. This was removed from a decommissioned fleet vehicle and will have some light cosmetic wear. All LEDs function as intended as does the Opticom strobe tube in the reflector assembly. The strobe will require a power supply and controller to operate. This lightbar will have 8 to 12 feet of wire and will require a CenCom controller to program and function.


Reason for disposal of equipment: No longer used.

PAYMENT
The successful bidder will be required to remit payment within five (5) business days and REMOVE the property within ten (10) business days from the date of Notice of Award/Winning Bid Email.

Failure to make payment within five (5) business days may result in the item going to the next highest bidder. 

Failure to pick up an item within ten (10) business days will result in the forfeiture of any payment made on the item. 

We reserve the right to block/ban customers who abandon property or refuse to pay for an item.

Accepted forms of payment are as follows:
Cash (for auctions $500.00 and under), Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Money Orders.

ADDITIONAL BIDDING INFORMATION
The winning buyer is responsible for making all arrangements and costs associated with the removal, shipping, and handling of this item.

When an auction specifies that a bid deposit May Apply, it means that when bidding reaches a certain point (around $500.00) a bid deposit will be required. Before bidding reaches $500.00, bid deposits will not be required. Bid deposits only affect the WINNER of the auction. If you fail to pay for the item within 5 business days you may be considered a default bidder. If you default, you will lose your bid deposit amount.

Remember: Your bid is the same as a contract - Please only bid on an item that you are serious about buying. Bogus Bidders will be blocked! A winning bid constitutes a legally binding contract.

St. Louis County is not responsible for any omissions or errors in the description of items being offered for sale. Under no circumstances will a refund/adjustment be made due to the property failing to meet buyer's expectations.
